International Contracts Department extensive experience in negotiating with the United States Government, Government Purpose Rights (GPR) gives confidence to our clients that they are informed in their decision to negotiate and execute the terms and conditions drafted in this contract.  International Contracts Department will negotiate GPR to allow our client to maintain control of Intellectual Property through and after the development of the task ordered by the Government.  Limitation of Government Purpose rights allows the client to retain market niche and technological advantage.
